Fillaboa Albariño Rías Baixas, Spain - This wine is intensely aromatic, with pineapple, stone fruits and mango on the nose. It's dry with high acidity, a perfectly refreshing wine that also pairs excellently with food. It would go very well with dishes from Northern Spain, but also any seafood, shellfish and poultry dish.
