Waterbear Reading Series in Arlington Magazine
We were happy to see the 2013 Waterbear Reading Series featured on the Arlington Magazine website. Arlington resident and writer An Tran created the Waterbear Reading Series and its first event was in June 2013. This showcase for emerging and student writers from the local area is designed to create connections, foster a supportive literary community and to engage Northern Virginia into the greater culture of the Mid-Atlantic's literary scene. Based on crowds that grew with each event, An did a wonderful job and there is an abundance of amazing writers in our area. Thanks, An for letting us be part of it!
